Irca Polska a new tenant at SEGRO Business Park Warsaw – EuropaProperty

Irca Polska, Italian based company, has moved to SEGRO’s park in Ożarów. The tenant has leased 800 sqm. Currently Irca Polska is a part of Agart Pro, but in the middle of the next year it is planned to separate the company from the Agart-Pro structures. The transaction was facilitated by the JLL company.

“The mission of our company is to produce the highest quality of products and provide efficient distribution. Our priority is contact with the customers, therefore, while entering the Polish market we were looking for a place which guarantees technological and logistics infrastructure. We are pleased to have been able to find a developer who provided us those conditions,” said Joanna Stec-Gamracy, Managing Director Irca Polska.

SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ożarów is a modern A Class warehouse facility which will eventually provide 86,000 sqm of logistics and light production space. The investment is located just 16 kilometres from the centre of Warsaw.
