Janex expands at MLP Pruszków II

A Polish food producer and wholesale and retail supplier has leased approximately 11,700 sqm of new space at MLP Pruszków II. Janex, a long-term partner of MLP Group, will launch its second, and simultaneously twice as large, facility in the new building at this logistics park. According to the plan, the tenant will be able to use the additional space from April 2026.

The company has been a long-term client of MLP Group. The first agreement was signed in 2018, under which the tenant currently occupies approximately 5,200 sqm. This means that the new facility will be more than twice the size of the current one, which will remain in use. Janex is a Polish food producer as well as a wholesale and retail supplier.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a planned rental area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings are certified with the prestigious BREEAM certificate. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being installed on the roofs.
