Linklaters Warsaw moves to the Q22 building – EuropaProperty

Linklaters Warsaw’s office is moving to the new office building, Q22. The office’s new location spans three floors in the uppermost portion of the building.

The new office comprises an area of over 3,000 sqm. “The move to the new office is a natural response to a growing demand for a larger, more modern office space that will benefit both our clients and our employees. I look forward to creating a welcoming and comfortable working environment to reinforce teamwork,” said Artur Kulawski, Managing Partner, Warsaw.

Q22, built by Echo Investment, is a 155-metre office building located in the very heart of Warsaw. The development incorporates the highest standards in sustainability, including energy-efficient lighting, elevators, waste water disposal and ventilation systems. The building features solar panels as a renewable energy solution, while the quadruple-glazed façade offers exceptional insulation. It was awarded the BREEAM Interim Excellent environmental certificate, which is an endorsement of the building’s sustainability as well as its usability and convenience for prospective users.

Linklaters was represented by JLL and Trebbi in its search for the perfect office space and in negotiating the terms of the lease.
