One of Europe’s leading logistics companies has renewed its lease of 5,000 sqm of modern space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park for an additional period. Maracana initially moved into the facility near Bucharest three years ago. A year later, the company signed another contract to expand its leased space by 5,000 sqm (the contract remains in effect). Consequently, Maracana now occupies 10,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.
The tenant was assisted in the transaction by iO Partners, a JLL Preferred Partner.
