Matexi finalising Prokocim 2 Project in Krakow

Matexi Polska is entering the final stage of construction for the Kameralny Prokocim 2 development in Kraków. The project has now surpassed 75 percent completion in construction progress and apartment sales, with only twelve units remaining on the market. The construction is set to be completed and receive its occupancy permit in Q2 2025, with keys handed over to new owners in Q3 2025.
