Matexi selects CFE as general contractor for residential project in Warsaw

Matexi Polska concluded a general contracting agreement with CFE Polska for a residential project in Warsaw. Both companies belong to groups with Belgian roots and have been successfully cooperating since 2015. The investment at Żelazna Street is the third project of Matexi Polska implemented with CFE Polska in Warsaw.

With the completion of the investment in early 2026, 141 apartments of various sizes will be put on the market in a tenement house with commercial premises on the ground floor and a two-story underground garage with the possibility of charging electric cars.
