Four new brands have recently joined the group of tenants of Galeria Pomorska in Bydgoszcz. The new agreements will further improve the fashion and food offer of the centre.
Drogeria Natura, the kidswear retailer Wójcik, the Subway fast food restaurant and the footwear chain Eksbut are the new brands that will appear in Galeria Pomorska in the coming months. The first three will have their debut at the centre in the next quarter of this year and Eksbut will open in autumn. The new agreements total to 350 sqm of the lettable space.
“The above brands make a valuable contribution to the tenant-mix of Galeria Pomorska. The opening of the new mall of Galeria Pomorska after the extension completion that took place in September last year resulted in the accelerated activities related to the re-commercialization of the existing part of the gallery. This process is being carried out with success – nearly every month there is a surprise waiting for our customers in a form of a new store, a service point or a restaurant,” said Shane Scott, the Partner at Resolution Property. “All of that only increases the value of Galeria Pomorska and strengthens its position on the market in Bydgoszcz even more.”
In March the following stores had their debut in Galeria Pomorska: C&A international clothing brand, Maurizzio Bentoni, the Filippo shoe store, and Kubenz – expanding Polish menswear retailer. Additionally, a new florist opened next to the foodcourt – Blumen 2000, who relocated from the temporary mall kiosk.
The new lettings were negotiated by JLL. Balmain Asset Management is responsible for the cooperation with the existing tenants.
