Real Management S.A. has obtained a building permit for the construction of an additional 26 houses in the Neo Natolin residential development. Construction for this stage of the project is scheduled to commence at the end of Q2 2025. The next step will involve the development of a further 32 houses. In total, the second phase of the project will expand Neo Natolin by 58 homes in six different layouts.
Neo Natolin is a premium residential estate in Warsaw featuring semi-detached single-family homes. The project is distinguished by its elegant, contemporary architecture and top-tier architectural and eco-friendly solutions designed to offer privacy and convenience for neighbouring families. Each home includes a private plot ranging from 647 to 1,512 sqm. In addition to high-end residences, the estate also features recreational areas: landscaped green courtyards, a decorative pond, small architectural elements, and children’s playgrounds.
The Neo Natolin project, which ultimately envisions the construction of some 200 homes complete with full infrastructure, is being developed in stages. The first stage involved the delivery of 84 homes, completed and handed over to residents in the summer of 2024. The second phase is divided into two stages of 26 and 32 houses, in six different floor plans ranging from 190 to 258 sqm, with two façade colour variants: light and anthracite. Construction for the first stage of Phase II is set to begin in late June this year.
“Neo Natolin is the perfect place for families seeking a prestigious, carefully designed, and superbly located living environment. The success of the first phase, with all homes sold, and the strong interest in the houses from the second phase demonstrate how well our offering meets our customers’ needs. We signed the first reservation agreements within just a week of launching sales,” said Marcin Malka, CEO of Real Management S.A. “While preparing the offer for the second phase of Neo Natolin, we paid close attention to our clients’ feedback, and I am confident that the new offerings will be just as well received. All homes, regardless of size, feature thoughtfully designed and highly functional layouts. The same principle applies to the entire estate, whose urban plan envisions complete infrastructure, with convenient road systems and green spaces designed to promote relaxation. Our goal is for Neo Natolin to be a development where modern architecture and design go hand in hand with functionality and environmental care.”
The architectural design of Neo Natolin was created by APA Wojciechowski.
