Well known real estate players, Jason Sharman and Michał Grabara, have resigned from BSC Real Estate Advisors (the duo were Managing Partner and Head of Investment, respectively), along with Aleksandra Dawidczyk, Anna Andrzejuk and the investment business, to establish Burlington Real Estate.
The company will be Poland’s first investment only advisory practice, covering all commercial assets classes including office, industrial, retail and leisure. Services will include providing investment acquisition and disposal advice, sourcing of debt, financial modelling, due diligence and asset management solutions.
Burlington Real Estate is owned and managed by its Partners, whose careers span two decades of working with major local and international clients throughout the region and internationally. All members of the senior management team have worked for well-known companies such as JLL, Deloitte, King Sturge, DTZ (now C&W), Knight Frank and the largest state treasury owned real estate company, PHN.
