New tenant at MLP Business Park Poznań

MLP Group, a fast-growing property developer operating in the European warehouse market (with a presence in Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania), will provide a Polish-based logistics company with 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in its urban project in Poznań.

The new tenant has signed a lease contract with MLP Group for nearly 1,500 sqm of space at the MLP Business Park Poznań urban centre, with an option to expand by another 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space. The developer has commenced work to revitalise another warehouse unit, which will be customised to meet the specific needs of the tenant. The facility is scheduled for handover at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021.

Small warehouse units in city locations are increasingly in demand. Following the latest trends and responding to the growing demand for small business units, MLP Group is gradually revitalising old warehouse facilities at the site of the MLP Business Park Poznań urban project. Its project in Poznań is a ‘hybrid park’, offering one big-box unit and six small business units ranging from 250 sqm to 1,500 sqm. The complex is located in close proximity to the city centre and has good access to public transport and important arterial roads.
