Colian has joined the tenant mix of the Warsaw office building Equator IV, situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie 100. The building belongs to the portfolio of Karimpol Polska, which was represented in the leasing process by JLL. The new tenant will commence its operations in Equator IV in autumn 2018.
