Yareal is now selling apartments in its latest investment – ODEA Park – located just 1.6 km from Gdańsk’s historic main city. A total of five cosy, two-story residential buildings with 120 apartments will be constructed at the top of a green hill at Legnicka Street, offering residents a beautiful view of the city skyline. The estate is being built in the quiet Siedlce district, which is very well-connected with the rest of the city and borders Gdańsk’s central Śródmieście borough.
ODEA Park’s exclusive hilltop location gives future residents the possibility of living in an area of Gdańsk characterized by greenery and silence. The investment’s designers, Tri-City-based architectural studio Arch-Deco, have ensured that the new estate will make the most of the unique conditions of its prime location, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and overlooking a nearby housing development.
“An exceptional feature of this investment is its view of Gdańsk’s skyline and the city’s historic boroughs, which future residents can admire from the windows of apartments located on the upper floors. All apartments in ODEA Park will have either gardens or balconies, and some will also have terraces accessible through a mezzanine, thanks to which certain apartments will feature rooms of heights reaching app. 5 – 6 meters. A small building located in the centre of the estate will feature an open, fully-equipped common area for residents to hold neighbourly meetings and family get-togethers. Moreover, one of the common rooms has been designed as a training area, giving residents the possibility of exercising indoors,” says Katarzyna Rauber, Yareal’s director in the Tri-City.
ODEA Park, located at Legnicka Street, will offer a variety of comfortable apartments ranging from studios to medium-sized 2–3-room apartments and larger 4–5-room flats. Residents of ground floor apartments will have access to private gardens. The investment’s boundaries will remain fenceless and open, giving residents a greater possibility of enjoying the surrounding landscape. Given the rich natural diversity of the hilltop investment’s spacious 1.5-hectare plot, ODEA Park will feature carefully arranged common areas that will include the area’s existing greenery and many additional plants and shrubs, as well as rain gardens, recreational areas, and a playground for children.
ODEA Park will be built in one stage, creating a complex of five two-story buildings with underground garages and common green areas. Residents will have 148 parking spaces at their disposal, as well as spacious bicycle storage rooms and dedicated motorbike parking areas. The investment is well-connected with the city thanks to nearby bus and tram lines, located just a few minutes walk away. Its convenient location, easily accessible public transport connections and close vicinity to natural, green areas have resulted in a highly positive BREEAM green building rating. Yareal’s ODEA Park is set to receive a Very Good rating – the highest possible – which, so far, has only been awarded to a handful of residential investments in Poland. Moreover, the investment is also taking part in a pilot project for Green Building certification from the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC).
