Rondo 1 kicks off 2014 with a 4,000 sqm renewal

A renowned independent Polish law firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP) has extended its lease agreement for over 4,000 sqm in Rondo 1. The company currently occupies office spaces located on three floors of the building. The new contract has been concluded for ten years.

“We are pleased to begin the new year with this significant renewal which confirms that Rondo 1 meets expectations of the most demanding tenants. We are delighted that such a prominent company as Domański Zakrzewski Palinka continues to appreciate the quality of office space in Rondo 1 and have decided to stay with us for another decade,” said Wojciech Smyk of Blackrock who is responsible for the asset management of Rondo 1.
