Atrium Felicity shopping center opens in Lublin

Atrium Felicity shopping center has opened its doors to customers in Lublin. At 75,000 sqm the commercial center welcomed visitors to over 100 stores of some of the most popular retail brands. According to the developer, Atrium European Real Estate, the first four days of operation saw 220,000 visitors to the center.

Krzysztof Zuk, President of Lublin, commented: “Such investments create economic potential in the city, building its attractiveness across the region.”

Catherine Cyz, president of Atrium Poland Real Estate Management, added: “Lublin has enormous potential, which we all see and admire.”

The regional Atrium Felicity centre, one of the largest retail facilities in eastern Poland, is over 90 percent leased, its tenants include Auchan, Leroy Merlin, H&M, Zara, C&A, Reserved, Smyk Megastore and Empik.
