H&M store in Galeria Bursztynowa in Ostrołęka

Fashion retailer H&M is to open a 1,530 sqm store in Galeria Bursztynowa shopping centre in Ostrołęka. The centre is scheduled to open by the end of May 2014.

Galeria Bursztynowa is being developed in downtown Ostrołęka, a city with a population of around 54,000. It will total around 32,000 sqm of usable space, including 27,000 sqm of retail space to let in about 60 units.

Apart from H&M, Tesco, along with OBI, RTV EURO AGD, Reserved, Sinsay, Mohito, House, Cropp, Diverse, Martes Sport, CCC and Rossmann, will also anchor Galeria Bursztynowa.

Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent in the commercialization of the shopping centre. Narev Inwestycje is the developer.
