CBRE advised K&L Gates on gaining a new office location

CBRE has announced that it advised K&L Gates, international law firm, on new their office location in Warsaw. K&L Gates will occupy 3,500 sqm of office space in the Plac Małachowskiego building, which the tenant will move into at the end of August 2014.

Plac Małachowskiego is a prestigious, fully revitalised office and retail building located in the center of Warsaw. The complex will offer ca. 12,600 sqm. of modern office space and underground parking. The project is developed by Hochtief Development Poland. Kulczyk Silverstein Properties is the investor.
