Mokotów Plaza obtains BREEAM In-Use certificate

Mokotów Plaza office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, owned by a Spanish investor Azora Europa, has obtained BREEAM In-Use certificate. The building was granted BREEAM In-Use certificate “Very Good” in Asset Rating (building) and “Excellent” in Building Management (the quality of management).

“We are pleased that our building Mokotów Plaza received such high scores in both categories, and we hope that this certificate will be an additional incentive for prospective tenants. In the process of certification our property management team proved once again their full commitment. Thanks to Savills we were able to develop an individual program of waste management and we made various improvements in the building,” said Anna Szelc, of Azora Europe in Poland.

“BREEAM In-Use is the most widely used assessment scheme for existing buildings in Europe. Thanks to this certificate, we can assure tenants that Mokotów Plaza is well-equipped and has a low energy consumption and optimal environmental performance of existing management systems,” commented Milena Sikora, Senior Property Manager at Savills, Licensed International BREEAM Assessor.

Spanish investor Azora Europa in 2013 succeeded in obtaining BREEAM In-Use certifications for all the buildings in their portfolio including Cristal Park and Harmony Office Center in Warsaw, Avatar and Green Office Complex in Kraków, Aquarius Business House 1 and 2 in Wrocław and Louvre in Prague in Czech Republic.
