New lease agreements for Zaułek Piękna office building

Savills has represented Invesco Real Estate, owner of Zaułek Piekna office building in Warsaw, on four new lease transactions in the development for a total of 2,028 sqm.

Two companies from Sony corporation, Sony Music Publishing Poland and television station AXN Poland, have leased 457 sqm of office space.

MCC Energy Merchants, supplier and distributor of petroleum products, has leased 457 sqm.

GWW, one of the largest law firms in Poland, has extended its lease agreement to 839 sqm for the next five years.

Metalexport, international trading company, has expanded its current office space and currently occupies 275 sqm.

Zaułek Piękna is a Class A, modern nine-floor office building, offering over 8,000 sqm of office space in the center of Warsaw, in a proximity of Trzech Krzyży Square.
