SPEKTRUM Tower signs new lease agreement with Keen Property Management

SPEKTRUM Tower, located in Warsaw’s CBD, has successfully signed a new lease agreement with Keen Property Management (‘KPM’) who are a specialist property advisor. KPM will occupy more than 400 sqm of office space and are planning to move into their new premises in December 2014.

KPM is a business focusing on regional and local retail shopping centres providing property management and asset management along with being associated with high-end residential properties including projects such as Holland Park in Warsaw where it is relocating from.

“As a company offering property management and asset management services, we had very clear expectations regarding our own premises. We wanted an easy-to-adapt space, in a high-end office building located in the very centre of Warsaw for an attractive price per sqm. The location was the key deciding factor in our decision to choose SPEKTRUM Tower for our headquarters and it provides an employee-friendly environment, with CityFit fitness club and a Veturilo bike station. The experience of our staff and partners is a major factor contributing to the firm’s success, relying on the unique combination of the local knowledge of our specialists and the know-how of our international partners,” said Richard Keen from Keen Property Management.

“The successful conclusion of a lease agreement with property specialist, Keen Property Management, confirms the high quality of our product. We are very happy to see our project attracting new lettings as the main refurbishment nears completion. The external works have been completed while the internal work to the lobby is expected to be finished in early December,” said Katarzyna Parkot of WX Management Services.
