DTZ advises on the sale of Libra Business Centre I in Warsaw

DTZ has announced on behalf of Mermaid Properties the sale of Libra Business Centre I in Warsaw. This Class A office building, which was delivered in late 2012, is situated in a prime city location and only 10 minutes drive to Warsaw Chopin Airport.

Libra Business Centre offers 16,136 sqm of rentable space and is built to an exceptionally high standard incorporating a high class GreenBuilding standards which promotes energy-efficient and high-output systems. The building is let to Canon, Infovide-Matrix, Azymut, Anwim and Mermaid. LBC I has been bought by an Austrian institutional investor fund who has recognised the quality of this prime asset as one of their first investments in Poland.
