The extension of our portfolio by further 50,860 sqm of office space follows the award of two substantial retail portfolios last year from Tristan Capital Partners and elbfonds Development.”
Charles Taylor, Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield, added, “We have made some key hires in our Property and Asset Management team over the last quarter including Dorota Chomuntowska, Piotr Zatorski and Olga Paczuska. Having transitioned the property management on Jantar Słupsk shopping center (45,000 sqm) back in November, the team is well placed to get started on Green Corner and Kopernik Office Buildings.”
