Knight Frank has been appointed the leasing agent for the AVIAPARK shopping centre. AVIA is a highly modern, easily accessible centre with an impressive variety of shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities.
The large 390,000 sqm GBA scheme (230,000 sqm GLA) is located in the prestigious and continually evolving district of Khodynskoe Pole and offers customers a brand-new level of shopping and entertainment experiences to suit every taste. AMMA Development is the scheme’s developer and the main shareholders are Mikhail Zayts and Igor Rotenberg.
More than 225 stores have already opened their doors at AVIAPARK. The anchor tenants are grocery hypermarket Auchan, furniture store Hoff, electronics and appliances store Media Markt, DIY hypermarket OBI, 17-screen cinema KARO. Sporting retailers such as Decathlon, Sportmaster and plenty of mono and multi-brand sportswear shops form the largest sporting goods zone in Moscow as a part of shopping centre. Among soon-to-open facilities there will also be a fitness centre (BIONIC Fitness & Sport), Debenhams department store and KidZania, a kid’s entertainment and education park, which will be the first of its kind in Russia.
