Kulczyk Silverstein Properties (KSP), an international investment and development company, has been granted a construction permit for the office and retail building at Plac Trzech Krzyży 10/14 in Warsaw. The opening is planned for 2016 and the process of selecting the general constructor is being finalized.
The investor intends to expand, modernize and upgrade the building. As a result, very soon, the retail space at one of Warsaw’s most prestigious and desirable addresses in Warsaw will be offered for lease.
