Knight Frank instructed to lease Madison Shopping Mall in Gdańsk

Knight Frank have been selected to provide exclusive support in the commercialisation process of Madison Shopping Mall in Gdańsk. Madison is owned and managed by Javin Investments.

“We are pleased to be selected by the owner of the Madison Shopping Mall to support him in the creation and implementation of the leasing strategy in one of the longest established and most well known shopping centres in Poland. With the dynamic growth of the retail market in Gdańsk we would like to provide the most attractive retail offer for clients as is possible, in order to maintain the well-established position of this mall on the market,” said Paweł Materny, Head of Retail Agency at Knight Frank.

Madison Shopping Mall was opened in 2003 and is situated close to the Old Town, the railway station, the urban train station, and the bus station. Refurbished two years ago, the mall has over 100 shops, restaurants and service points situated on 18,000 sqm of retail space. Also, the fitness and medical centres provide additional benefits for the seven million plus yearly visitors.
