GTC announces 50 percent pre-lease of University Business Park

Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) has won two new important tenants for its University Business Park: the company has signed lease agreements with Fujitsu, a leading international ICT company and with another, yet to be named tenant. Both will open their offices in University Business Park II in the first half of 2016.

Jointly, both tenants have taken a combined office area of 9,000 sqm in University Business Park’s second phase. With those leases the second phase of the project is 50 percent pre-leased. The building is currently under development and its completion is scheduled for April 2016.

“We are very happy that both prestigious tenants and leaders in their fields, decided to choose University Business Park. We believe that both, the convenient location of the building in the heart of Łódź as well as all additional facilities offered to tenants, will allow to increase work efficiency of the employees. We are very pleased with the cooperation of the city authorities whose efforts have made Łódź a very attractive business location,” said Jacek Wachowicz, Chief Investment Officer, GTC.
Cushman & Wakefield advised GTC in the lease process.
