HB Reavis has agreed new leases for commercial office space at Postępu 14, which will expand the range of services available to tenants at the Warsaw office development. Employees based at the office complex and the residents living nearby will soon benefit from the services offered by the print and copy centre ‘Centrum Dobrego Druku’ and a beauty salon. The arrival of both service providers closely follows the relocation of the Polish company OK System, who have recently moved into the complex at Postępu 14. Two months after delivery, 60 percent of the building is leased.
“Occupiers are increasingly demanding more than just convenient office space from their work environment. Expanding the service offering at Postepu 14 is a part of our strategy across the portfolio for creating attractive working environments where people can have a meal, grab a coffee or do the shopping and also, like in the case of Postępu 14, benefit from the offers of a printing shop and beauty salon,” said Grzegorz Strutyński, Commercial Director and Member of the Management Board at HB Reavis Poland.
Postępu 14 is the third investment completed by HB Reavis in Warsaw. The office complex offers a total of 34,500 sqm of business space, and some of its first tenants, apart from the developer itself, include AstraZeneca, Samsung Electronics Polska and Rossman.
