New tenants are attracted to Wrocław 101. New lease agreements were signed by the company TBSCG and Etno Café. Both tenants leased over 1,000 sqm in total in the property. Knight Frank acted on behalf of the property owner, Crownway Investments, in the leasing process.
TBSCG, founded in the UK, is a marketing consulting company. It provides data management and content marketing services. Its 860 sqm office will occupy the entire forth floor of the property. Etno Café will open its branch on the ground floor. The unique Polish-Ethiopian café chain is present in Wrocław, Warsaw, Poznań, Szczecin and Leszno. Tenant’s from Wroclaw 101 (and not only) will have the opportunity to try some delicious coffee on a space of 170 sqm.
