PANDORA among the tenants of the Graffit Building

Hines, the international real estate firm, announced that PANDORA, the international jewellery manufacturer and retailer, has signed a five-year lease for 3,190 sqm of office space at the Graffit building in Warsaw. In the negotiation process with PANDORA, Hines was represented by Colliers International.

PANDORA is present in over 100 countries on six continents. The company marries traditional handicraft and modern technology by designing and manufacturing high quality, hand-finished products.

“We are confident that Graffit will offer us the best possible environment for growth. The location of the office complex guarantees our staff unique access to public transport and a broad range of retail and service establishments nearby. State-of-the-art office space with effective layout will allow to create comfortable working conditions,” comments Małgorzata Kandela, Head of Administration at PANDORA Jewelry CEE.

“Mokotów continues to be one of the capital’s most popular business centres. A combination of the excellent location of the Graffit building with high-quality architecture and innovative solutions for tenants makes the offered office space immensely popular among international and Polish companies,” commented Marcin Ratajski, project manager at Hines Polska.

The signing of this lease brings Graffit’s occupancy to 65 percent. Additional tenants also include: Globalne Centrum Rozwiązań IT Roche (Roche Global IT Solutions), Roche, Lingaro, Szkoła Tańca Rytm (Rhythm Dance School), Żabka, Nowakowski Gorąco Polecam.
