CBRE arranged new tenant contract for the Element building, which is nearing completion in Prague – Pankrác. Czech branch of global cosmetic brand Yves Rocher chose the location for its new offices with respect to green building environment and LEED green building certificate to which Element project aspires.
ELEMENT building, where Yves Rocher will take up more than 700 sqm, offers attractive and accessible office location. The excellent accessibility boils down to location just next to the Metro C station Pankrác, number of bus stops and a direct connection of Pankrác to southern end of Prague transversal (magistrála). Connection to neighbouring buildings provides extensive business and administrative background and nearby shopping mall offers extra parking spaces as well as catering and other Services.
The new tenant assessed and appraised other unique aspects of the project: “Our company puts a great emphasis on protecting the environment and sustainability. We have chosen the ELEMENT building since it aspires to LEED Gold green building certificate,“ says Lucie Elligerová, Head of Marketing CZ & SK at Yves Rocher. “We also paid a great attention to the building environment with large green atrium, which reflects our natural plant cosmetics philosophy and also activities of the Yves Rocher foundation, which sponsored planting of one hundred thousand new trees in northern Bohemia region.“
Newest building to be completed in popular Pankrác location, the ELEMENT will be finished this quarter and new tenant can move in at the turn of the year (2018/2019). “We had very positive feedback on office spaces currently being completed in ELEMENT building. Project has been designed for offices of medium-sized companies as well as for smaller businesses which can take advantage of the planned central reception desk,“ adds Helena Hurábová, Head of Advisory & Transaction services at CBRE.
