New Work enters Poland

New Work enters Poland New Work Offices – a serviced offices operator from Hungary – will expand its position in Poland, aiming to open 12 new locations by the end of 2019.

In Budapest, where the company was founded in 2013, New Work is ranked the number two provider on the market, operating already 20,000 sqm of leasable area in that city. New Work is listed under the top three players in the entire CEE, with an overall portfolio of more then 60,000 sqm and 23 locations by the end of 2018.

Poland, as the biggest office market in CEE with around 10,5 million sqm of office stock has become the main focus for New Work. The company intends to expand its CEE portfolio to 130,000 sqm by the end of 2019, of which approximately 45,000 sqm will be located in Poland.

The first center of New Work Offices in Poland was opened in Warsaw’s WILANÓW OFFICE PARK in November 2017, with an area of 3,200 sqm. In Q1 2019 New Work is now opening additional 3 locations in Warsaw with 2,100 sqm (80 executive suites) at the prestigious, centrally-located MAZOWIECKA 2/4 facility, 2,200 sqm at the NEOPARK office building in Mokotów, and a new Center in Praga district at KALEŃSKA Business Center with 1.600 sqm.

New Work recently increased its capital to €2.5 million, and just launched a campaign to raise an additional €15 million in equity capital to finance its further growth.
