S IMMO commissions REC with project development for Bucharest office building

The Austrian real estate investor S IMMO AG has commissioned REC Immpuls with project development for the property following the acquisition of a property in Bucharest’s city center. On the grounds of the Calea Dorobanti, modern, so-called boutique offices are to be built on a total area of around 5,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2021.

Calea Dorobanţi is one of Bucharest’s oldest streets and is centrally located in an exclusive residential area. The planned building is located on a narrow, east-west facing plot. The plans provide spacious atriums, so that the offices enjoy the best of daylight quality. The design of the premises according to ergonomic principles as well as complementary high-quality services will complement the exclusive character of the building. There is also a restaurant on the premises.

S IMMO AG recently continued to invest in the office market in the CEE region, which has been showing itself very strongly for quite some time. The most recent office projects, such as the Einsteinova Business Center in Bratislava, Slovakia, and The Mark in Bucharest, have already been successfully let.
