ERIF BIG S.A., an economic information bureau of the KRUK Group, will move its office to Equator IV. The tenant was represented during the negotiations by global real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Its group companies include ERIF BIG S.A., one of Poland’s largest economic information bureaus providing economic data on financial liabilities of Polish people and companies. ERIF BIG S.A. delivers its services to banks and other financial institutions, telecom companies, leasing and insurance companies, local governments and other businesses which check the financial credibility of their clients with ERIF BIG S.A. The bureau also provides its services directly to consumers.
The new office of ERIF BIG S.A. will be located in Equator IV, a modern office building in Jerozolimskie Avenue, western central Warsaw. The owner of the building is CPI Property Group. The 460 sqm office of ERIF BIG S.A. will be on the sixth floor of the building. Its modern space will be designed to meet the needs of the firm’s employees who value a comfortable work environment and access to a range of amenities in and around the building, and the proximity to a railway station.
