MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Bucharest West logistics centre. NRF has leased 20,100 sqm, including 18,600 sqm for warehousing and 1,500 sqm for a modern office. Under the agreement, the tenant will gain full access to the new facility in November of this year. The transaction was brokered by the real estate consultancy company Newmark Polska.
NRF is a leading supplier of automotive replacement parts and industrial cooling solutions.
The new facility is being developed for the tenant as part of the third phase of the MLP Bucharest West expansion. The first two phases delivered 38,000 sqm of modern space, which is now fully leased. Once the dedicated space for NRF is completed, the total leased area will exceed 58,000 sqm. Considering the target size of the logistics centre, which will reach 99,000 sqm, 41,000 sqm will remain available for lease.

MLP Bucharest West is situated near the ring road in the northwestern part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, it offers optimal conditions for distribution and logistics operations. It is being developed on an 18.3-hectare plot and will ultimately provide 99,000 sqm of warehouse space, complete with numerous amenities and excellent surrounding road infrastructure.
