pbb Grants €120M Refinancing Loan to EQT Real Estate for Polish Logistics Portfolio

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) has underwritten an investment facility, totalling €120 million to refinance a logistics portfolio located across Poland for EQT Real Estate. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

The portfolio comprises four properties providing over 220,000 sqm of logistics and warehouse space in established logistics locations across Poland. The portfolio is let to a mix of good quality tenants.
