pbb provides green refinancing loan for Diuna Office Park in Warsaw

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) have extended the existing investment facility for an office park located in Warsaw, Poland on behalf of PineBridge Benson Elliot.

Diuna is a PineBridge Benson Elliot investment with Syrena Real Estate acting as asset and property manager. Formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, the Diuna site has undergone a comprehensive transformation supported by pbb.

A concrete parking area has been redeveloped into a publicly accessible landscaped park, which is integrated into an urban cycling network; delivered alongside co-funding for the development of a public road to improve local transport links. The property is located in a well-established office location in Warsaw, with direct access to main roads. The office park comprises a total of 45,000 sqm GLA and has a well-diversified and strong tenant mix.
