Real Management secures financing for further development

Real Management S.A. has secured additional credit financing amounting to PLN 120 million, which will be allocated to the expansion of its development activities. The financing was provided once again by mBank S.A.

“This is another important step in the implementation of our business strategy, as well as proof of the capital markets’ trust in our operations. It is also a confirmation of the very good, long-term cooperation with mBank S.A,” said Arkadiusz Płociński, Vice President of the Management Board of Real Management S.A.

Real Management S.A. continues to implement its strategy adopted in 2021, focusing on development activities in two real estate sectors: warehouse-industrial and residential.
