P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor and developer of high-quality European warehouse facilities, has leased the last available space in P3 Lodz City III logistics park. The new tenant is Rock Communication Sp. z o.o. which belongs to the ZTT Group – one of the largest advanced manufacturing enterprises in China, listed among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises. The group has a diversified industrial portfolio which includes marine equipment, renewable energy, new materials, smart grid, optical communications, and other diversified industrial products. The new tenant will occupy 9,290 m² of manufacturing and warehouse space to be used for the production and distribution of fibre optic and power cables. Seven production lines are planned as part of the facility equipment to enable efficient process management.

Although it is our first agreement with this company, it is the next one to demonstrate that our warehouses meet the high demands of manufacturing and logistics companies. The fact that the entire park has already been leased confirms how attractive this location is.”
The warehouse is BREEAM-certified as “Very Good” offering such specifications as a gross height of 12.2 m, a reinforced floor with a load-bearing capacity of 7 T/ m², the highest class of fire resistance and an energy-efficient LED lighting system.

Thanks to seamless communication – including in Chinese – and client-focused advisory the leasing process was completed quickly and efficiently, enabling the rapid start of operations”.
P3 Lodz City III park is located 7 km west of Lodz city centre, only 1.7 km from the S14 expressway and 5 km from W. Reymont Airport. For the time being the entire facility with a total area of 34,000 sqm is fully leased.
