MLP Group has signed a new agreement with Santander Bank Polska. The institution provided funding in the amount of over €19 million and PLN 4 million. The funds will be used to refinance the existing warehouse facilities and finance the construction of new warehouse facilities within the MLP Łódź logistics park. So far, more than 43,000 sqm has been commissioned in the newly constructed centre. Kycia Legal advised on the transaction.

The MLP Łódź project is a modern logistics and distribution centre located in the south-eastern part of Łódź, in the Widzew district, just 4 km from the A1 motorway connecting Łódź with the Tri-City and about 20 km (10 min) from the A2 motorway (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). It is being built on a plot of around 20.98 ha and will ultimately provide 86,800 sqm. The new centre will be built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, and the warehouse facilities will be BREEAM certified. The MLP Łódź logistics complex is aimed primarily at tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing sectors.
