Savills advises mBank – EuropaProperty

Real estate advisory firm Savills will support mBank in subletting office space in the Stratos Office Center vacated as a result of the planned consolidation of the bank’s offices in the Mennica Legacy Tower.

“The relocation of mBank offices from several sites to a single head office will require taking steps to manage lease agreements signed for periods beyond the planned move. Our role will be to support our client in office subletting, thereby helping to bring down office consolidation costs,” says Dariusz Karwański, Associate Director, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Savills.

At the Stratos Office Center, mBank companies’ will vacate up to 4,750 sqm of office space which will become available in mid-2021. The Office Agency of Savills is conducting talks with potential tenants in cooperation with the bank’s representatives.
