SEGRO Logistics Park Prague was named the best park of 2016 in the Czech Republic. The Best Logistics Park 2016 title is awarded by the most objective jury – the customers themselves, users of the warehouse space.
Best Logistics Park 2016 is a distinction given out to the best industrial and logistics parks in the Czech Republic. It is the only award of its kind on the Czech market, at the same time serving as a reliable evaluation of the high quality of the services provided, as it is given out on the basis of anonymous survey, filled in by the parks’ clients. The competition, organised by ATOZ Logistics company in cooperation with STEM/MARK independent research agency and Cushman & Wakefield property agency takes place annually as part of the EASTLOG 2016 conference.
“I am glad that the tenants appreciated our park in Prague. Even in the results of our annual Central Europe Business Unit Customer Satisfaction Study we have noticed really high satisfaction regarding the area of cooperation with SEGRO. All customers unanimously stated that SEGRO understands their needs on the level of “good” or “excellent”. The award confirms that our offer, which entails long-term customer care, provided by dedicated property managers, is unique on the market. Undoubtedly, one of the areas which got excellent ratings was the location of the park, which guarantees high business efficiency,” explained Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO Business Unit Director Central Europe.
