Sollers Consulting will open a branch in Wrocław. Its new 1,200 sqm office will be located in Dubois 41. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the real estate advisory firm Savills, and the landlord was represented by CBRE.
Sollers Consulting is an international IT operational advisory and software integrator. Established in 2000, the company supports insurers, banks, and leasing firms in business transformations and adapting to modern technologies. For over 20 years Sollers has helped 100+ financial groups to enhance their digital capabilities.
“The opening of the office in Wrocław is part of our long-term strategy. Our local team has so far worked in a co-working space. To accommodate the growth of our business, we want to build our own offices, especially in locations where we see huge potential – Wrocław is one of them. This market is important from a business perspective and to the IT sector. With many educational institutions and high-tech companies based in the city, it offers a large pool of specialists. “Our Wrocław team now comprises 30 specialists, but we are planning to double our headcount in the months ahead. Team relationships are very important to us, so we facilitate bonding with face-to-face meetings. That’s why are embracing hybrid working. In early December we will open our office in Wrocław, where Sollers employees will want to be to enjoy comfortable working conditions and to build a well-integrated team,” adds Andrzej Łach, Partner, Sollers Consulting.
The tenant was assisted in the choice of location and negotiation of lease conditions by the real estate advisory firm Savills, which will also provide office fit-out technical advisory.
“One of the requirements in the search for a new office for Sollers Consulting was to find a human-scale building. In addition, we wanted to ensure the best possible employee experience and access to nearby amenities. The owner of Dubois 41 is a German-based HIH Real Estate fund, which was represented in the transaction by CBRE.
