Cresa, a tenant-only real estate advisor, has announced that awarded expert, Tom Listowski has been appointed Partner and Head of the Industrial & Warehouse Department for the CEE region at Cresa.
Tom will be mainly responsible for advising global companies looking to enter and set up new production or logistics platforms in Central and Eastern Europe as well as advising on expansion plans for those already located in the region. His duties will be strategic project execution, oversight of the team and all industrial space and land acquisition assignments within the department, co-ordination of cross border projects and managing exclusive occupier client relations.

Tom started his professional career in Sydney, Australia working for companies such as Connell Wagner and Property Surveyors Ltd. After moving to Europe in early 2005, he joined Fulcrum Corporate in London and in late 2006 relocated to join CBRE in Poland where he led the industrial department from 2008 as Head of Industrial and Logistics for Poland and later for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2012, Tom joined Cushman & Wakefield Polska as Head of Industrial Poland and CEE Corporate Clients. During this time, he has supported such firms as Polaris Inc., Kellogg Company, Tesco, UPS, Pepco, Sonoco, ABC Group, Benteler, Graham Packaging or ABM Greiffenberger and significantly expanded the industrial business in Poland, making his team one of the most productive in Europe within Cushman & Wakefield and also being the beneficiary of industry awards.
