ZING locates its distribution centre near Warsaw – EuropaProperty

A distribution centre for ZING – the biggest Polish distributor of paper – has been launched next to the Konotopa junction at Jawczyce (municipality – Ożarów Mazowiecki). The company has signed a lease agreement for 14,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Warszawa – Konotopa. Experts from JLL advised ZING during the processes of selecting the location and negotiation of lease terms.

Panattoni Park Warszawa-Konotopa is another investment developed by Panattoni Europe. It comprises two modern warehouses with space totalling around 47,000 sqm. The objects were developed on the outskirts of Warsaw.

Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director, Panattoni Europe, said: “Panattoni Park Warszawa – Konotopa is optimally adjusted to the warehouse requirements of clients from different industries. Therefore, we are sure that ZING will be able to efficiently support both Polish and international markets.”
