Resi4Rent is increasing its stock of rental units. Another building with 375 subscription apartments has been put up at the intersection of Pohoski Street and Wilanowska Avenue in Warsaw’s Mokotow district.
Resi4Rent Wilanowska is already the company’s sixth development in Warsaw. Following the housing estate in Browary Warszawskie, Resi4Rent has placed its next investments in the Mokotów district – at 11 Suwak Stree, 2 Taśmowa Street, 82 Woronicza Street and the second stage of the Resi4Rent Woronicza project, completed in March this year, at 1 Biała Flota Street. Resi4Rent offers 1,929 units in the capital, which is more than 50 percent of the company’s entire portfolio.
The potential of the Mokotów district is proven by the record short time Resi4Rent’s previous developments needed to reach a full occupancy level. This is one of the city’s most attractive districts combining the convenience of living in a perfectly urbanized part of Warsaw with access to public facilities, parks or cultural venues. You will also find plenty of retail and service infrastructure as well as cafés and restaurant here. An unquestionable advantage of the district, appreciated especially by young people to whom Resi4Rent directs its offer, is also the office infrastructure and the headquarters of the largest Polish and foreign corporations, but also young companies and start-ups, which, thanks to the proximity of the Wilanowska underground station, tram and bus stops, can be reached in just a few minutes by public transportation or bicycle routes.
Regular surveys conducted among Resi4Rent residents show that as many as 50 percent of them prefer to use eco-transportation and appreciate the possibility of moving around the neighbourhood by bicycle, scooter or on foot. The subscription apartment formula, giving the opportunity to move into a fully equipped apartment with a package of additional services, on-site administrative care in each building and clear lease rules is a chance for young people to safely “get a place of their own” and start an independent life.
“The commissioning of a new housing estate in Wilanowska Avenue in Warsaw is another step that brings us closer to achieving our strategic goal of increasing the number of high-quality subscription apartments and further strengthening our leadership position in the Polish PRS market. We carefully analyze our customers’ expectations, follow trends and improve our offer all the time. The Resi4Rent platform already comprises 3,700 professionally managed rental units. Thanks to strong partnerships and constantly built know-how, we are growing every day and do not intend to slow down. Ultimately, we want to deliver 10,000 units onto the market by 2025,” says Slawomir Imianowski, president of Resi4Rent.
Resi4Rent Wilanowska offers 375 subscription apartments in 4 options to choose from: Resi Studio (studio), Resi Comfort (2 rooms), Resi Family (3 rooms) and Resi Family+ (4 rooms). Subscription housing comprises accommodation in a furnished and fully equipped unit (all household appliances included), access to Wi-Fi, a dedicated billing management panel, technical service and constant care from an on-site customer service office.
Customers can also use storage cells and an underground car park. Some of the units have their own terraces. In addition, all residents of the building can take advantage of a recreational terrace located on the roof of the building, offering the atmosphere of a home garden. You can rest on deck chairs in the sun, amid flowerbeds with sage, catnip and lilacs, or in the shade of a pergola. Customers can also choose the duration of the contract from 3 to 12 months with a guarantee of unchanging terms.
“Our new housing estate will be a place where young people, families with children and also the elderly will feel comfortable. A unique advantage of all Resi4Rent developments is the communities created around them. Our tenants can get involved in common charitable activities and enjoy free neighbourhood events, such as local concerts, Christmas tree dressing, handicraft workshops, bicycle service in the spring or training with a dog behaviourist. This makes them not only want to stay with us longer but also encourages them to recommend us to their friends and family – Resi4Rent has been recommended by our existing customers to almost every fifth new Resi4Rent customer. We do realize that every move is an important life change. And by being present at each housing estate 5 days a week, we help our tenants settle in and feel comfortable in a new place, without interfering with their privacy or how and with whom they share an apartment,” says Alicja Kosciesza, Sales and Marketing Director of Resi4Rent.
Subscription housing is offered by Resi4Rent in 13 developments, in 6 major cities: Łodz, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław and Kraków. At present, the company has a total of nearly 3,700 subscription apartments. It plans to deliver 10,000 units onto the market by 2025.
