7R is expanding its’ portfolio in Łódź. The developer has started construction of 7R Park Łódź West comprising of 32,000 sqm in Konstantynów Łódzki.
After 7R City Flex Łódź I, 7R Park Łódź West is the the second development in Central Poland. It will consist of two A-class buildings of 5,000 and 27,000 sqm GLA located directly at the brand new S14 west ring road connecting the A2 motorway with the S8 expressway. This makes 7R Park Łódź West an ideal location for national and international distrubution.
Additionally, 7R Park Łódź West benefits from easy access to Łódź International Airport which is only 5 km away. Such location enables easy access to land and air transportation, it also enables easy access to Łódź city centre which is only 9 km away from the park.

First lease agreement signed with Alrec In-Store confirms the strategic location of 7R Park Łódź West. The tenant will occupy ca. 14,000 sqm of industrial and office space. The space hand over date is planned for the beginning of 2020.

The developer ensured flexible solutions in terms of arranging the space and the facility will be built to our specific needs. New location in Łódź will assist us in our growth strategy,” says a representative of Alrec In-Store.
7R Park Łódź West was designed in accordance with BREEAM certification and will be using many of the environmentally conscious solutions such as LED lighting, natural lighting along the docking area of the roof or radiant heaters. The General Contractor for this park is Commercecon, which is also constructing 7R City Flex Łódź I.
