act BSWW provided INTER-BUD Group (investor and lessor) with legal support related to one of the biggest transactions on Kraków’s office property market.
UBS signed a lease agreement for over 19,500 sqm of office space in Fabryczna Office Park, a complex developed by INTER-BUD Group at Aleja Pokoju in Kraków.
Fabryczna Office Park is made up of three modern A-class office buildings with GLA of over 42,000 sqm, designed in accordance with BREEAM requirements. The occupancy rate has already exceeded 80 percent. July 2019 saw the first tenants moving in.
The office complex forms part of a larger investment project, Fabryczna City, covering over 6.5 hectares of land and involving the development of a hotel, restaurants, residential apartments and commercial facilities.
act BSWW was advising INTER-BUD Group throughout the lease agreement negotiation and execution process. The transaction was handled by Alicja Sołtyszewska, legal counsel and Partner at act BSWW.
