CBRE to manage the Qubix building, managed by REICO IS ČS – EuropaProperty

CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, won the tender from REICO IS ČS for managing the 13,800 sqm of the Qubix office building, which is certified according to the LEED Platinum methodology.

Zuzana Klabalová, Director, Asset Services Office & Industrial at CBRE, commented: “Qubix is already the second property we’re managing for REICO IS ČS after City Tower. We’re delighted to be able to build upon the existing knowledge of the systems, processes and good relationships we’ve built with the representatives of REICO IS ČS to expand our portfolio of buildings we’re managing in Pankrác in Prague 4.
