Due to the steadily increasing demand for small serviced offices and hot desk rentals, Warimpex, the owner of the Red Tower office building in Łódź, has decided to expand its coworking offerings. Since May, a coworking space has been operating on the eleventh floor, managed by Memos, like the other coworking spaces in the building.
The contemporary work model, which is replacing traditional office work with remote and hybrid work, has a significant impact on the office rental market. Spaces designed for flexible working hours, such as small serviced offices or individual desk rentals, are becoming increasingly popular. Warimpex recognizes this trend and focuses on flexible coworking spaces in its office buildings.
New Cowork by Memos Cowork by Memos has opened a new coworking space in the Red Tower office building in Łódź. The latest coworking space is located on the 11th floor of the building at Piotrkowska 148/150 and covers an area of over 600 sqm. Memos designed the space with a system of private offices to meet the demand for serviced offices. The offices available for rent in Red Tower are glass-walled, ensuring optimal lighting for the common areas and a comfortable working environment. The interiors are elegantly finished, and the 11th floor features a large chill-out area and a functional kitchen with a dining room. As in other Cowork by Memos locations, Red Tower features artwork by local artists who collaborate with Warimpex, including Egon Fietke, Maciej Walczak, Gu-Tang Clan, Tope, and Urszula Tarasiewicz. Currently, Memos manages four floors of flexible space in Red Tower, totalling approximately 2400 sqm.
