Develia has opened new sales offices for its two Warsaw investments – Oliwska Vita in Targówek and Krakowska Vita on the border of the Włochy and Ochota districts. Currently, the developer’s offer in the capital includes 615 apartments in ten projects on both sides of the Vistula River.

Oliwska Vita is one of Develia’s newest investments in the capital. The two-wing building will include a total of 124 apartments, 25 percent of which have already been sold. Buyers can choose from various layouts and sizes from 45 to nearly 75 sqm. Each unit will have a spacious balcony, terrace or garden. Storage rooms and an underground garage for 109 cars and 21 above-ground parking spaces have also been planned. There are also 2 charging stations for electric vehicles. The planned completion date is the third quarter of 2025.
Krakowska Vita, in turn, is an offer for those who value the advantages of living close to the city centre, but also care about peace and privacy. At Aleja Krakowska 279, on the border of Włochy and Ochota, in a building with cascading architecture, 294 apartments and 20 investment premises with areas ranging from 32 to 111 sqm will be built. All of them will have spacious terraces, balconies and gardens. For the convenience of residents, there are 8 service premises on the ground floor. A large underground garage will provide comfortable and safe parking. The convenient location, proximity to shops, educational institutions and parks, as well as access to the Fast Urban Railway and numerous bus and tram lines make the project very popular with buyers. Nearly half of the offer – 152 units – has already been sold. Completion of construction and handover of the premises to buyers is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2025.
