Harrier LLC moving into new premises in Prologis Park Prague-Rudná – EuropaProperty

Harrier LLC, a UK producer of digital print, photo print, and personalized lifestyle products, leased 3,250 sqm in Prologis Park Rudná. Notable cotenants in the park include Sportisimo, KIKA, Zepter, Toyota, and DHL. The operation is scheduled to begin at the premises in August of 2019. The contract was closed in March 2019. Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the transaction.

Chris Hughes, Managing Director of Harrier LLC says: “With a significant element of our turnover being distributed into Continental Europe, combined with the continued uncertainty surrounding both the nature and timing of Brexit, the decision was taken to open a new production facility in Prague. This allows us to create

a state-of-the-art production facility, in a location close to the major European markets, with excellent distribution networks and access to a highly skilled and enthusiastic talent pool. Our new facility, which should be operational late summer, will allow our European volumes to continue to grow, whilst increasing much needed capacity at our UK facility.”

In a decision between Poland & Czech Republic, Cushman & Wakefield guided Harrier LLC to Prague-Rudná from feasibility study to successful lease negotiations in a collaboration to secure a facility for Harrier with access to major motorways, central position in Europe, educated and deep labor pool, and effective rental costs.
